Both interviewers were really asking questions to get to know the kind of person I was. I didn't get any technical questions, it was more deciding if we were on the same personality wave length. As they say, you can teach skills, you can't train a personality. It was a tough interview, but because I felt like I was interviewing as a person, not just an employee.
I don't remember the questions. I do remember being told how important my job would be.
They asked me many questions. How I would handle working over a large group of employees? What experience did I have? What would I do if a store manager called and was not happy with an employee? How would I verify what was really going on in the store with that employee?

What areas of the business could you have improved upon that you will work on for the coming summer if offered a territory?
Nothing was asked.
