Both interviewers were really asking questions to get to know the kind of person I was. I didn't get any technical questions, it was more deciding if we were on the same personality wave length. As they say, you can teach skills, you can't train a personality. It was a tough interview, but because I felt like I was interviewing as a person, not just an employee.

They asked me many questions. How I would handle working over a large group of employees? What experience did I have? What would I do if a store manager called and was not happy with an employee? How would I verify what was really going on in the store with that employee?
