How do you feel like you could be an asset to the team and company?
If you aren't a mechanic, the techinical questions on how to review and decision a claim can be tricky.
The interview questions where hollow. "what would you do with this situation" Most of the interview was spent explaining how different their retail model is.
There wasn't really a hard question, it was all experience / behavioral-based questions, very similar to the interview questions I was accustomed to asking.
