Tell me about a time you exceeded expectations. I was ready for the failure questions, but not as ready to toot my own horn this way. They appreciate very specific examples on questions.
The unexpected question regarding what type of alter ego do you possess sort of thrown me over. However, the need to interview with three to four people, while they're asking you multiple questions in various ways, was pathetic.
