Nothing I couldn't answer. I couldn't understand why one interviewer kept focusing on one particular area of the job - a part I thought was the easiest part.

“The Faculty of Natural, Mathematical and Engineering Sciences have a licence to use a specialist e-Assessment tool, which allows academic colleagues to provide detailed feedback on handwritten, scanned exam scripts; halves the time spent on marking in the case of large cohorts; and makes marking in case of multiple markers more consistent. After the initial pilots, the plan is to scale up the scanning (done by temp colleagues) as well as the first and second marker training provision. The project involves stakeholders from the TEL team, programme office, and academic colleagues.”
