I can remember talking about my background and past projects in detail. We also talked about the assessment at length. The CEO did have questions on how I would handle a different project, most likely to see how I would answer on the fly. To candidates out there concerned about questions that seem too big or experimental, like the one in the other comments about "being the CEO of the privatized post office," I think it's important to remember that they're (and not just NSG - many companies ask high level questions like this), it's important to remember they just want to see how you think. If you just graduated and don't have much experience, I think these types of questions are more common to get an idea of how you think. Other skills can be taught.
