They asked me a series of competency questions to highlight how I would deal with customers in difficult situations.
look at their current partnerships and things they provide and come up with a new product/partnership that they could do (in a group)
They asked multiple questions about customer service experience, such as when had I gone above and beyond for a customer.
Asked a lot about why I was leaving current workplace etc. Also a lot of questions about the company itself - recommend researching this in depth. A little about my experience however felt like it was more personality based.
