One of the questions that i got was to solve a moderately difficult recursive function in Javascript. I was to find the error in it and tell them what it was supposed to do. That was done at the interview table and they gave me all the time I needed, but they sat there and watched me solve it and waited until I finished.
The interview was for a software development position, and the most difficult question involved specific fields found in an abnormal termination dump.
