I didn't run into anything that I felt would trip me or anyone else up. It was all very straight forward.
The hands-on lab is pretty straight-foward, but it took a lot longer than you would think. There is an 8 hour time limit and it goes by very quickly. They don't expect you to get everything done at all.
ALL the questions were technical related, but I remember during the interview I had to get up and draw a diagram of the way email works in Exchange 2010. I also was given five minutes to write down how email works to five year old.
