Leadership round - very detailed questions on planning, team motivation, scenarios, sprint, conflict TPM round - collaboration questions Project Deep dive - engineer asked a lot of general questions, and then project deep dive with slides (felt didnt have enough time) System Design round - question took 15 mins to explain and then again felt short on time to complete within the hour.
