All questions are geared around what you bring to the table and how you can add to the team and their culture. They do not ask standard interview questions. When i was applying I interviewed with both enrollment managers, 4 out of 6 of the team leads at the time, and the VP of enrollment. Their process has since changed.

I was asked about my personal education, why I would be a good fit for the company, etc. I was given several e-mail reminders about the interview and the person who interviewed me was nice.
