They had me reply to an email due to the high number of applicants to questions such as: do you have a reliable car, are you looking for full time, how soon can you start, what are you looking for in your next position, what is your retail/customer service experience. The questions for the on site interview were very vague, such as "tell me why you think you would do well in this position"
