It was just a background screening process that more or less circumvented any questions directly related to the job. Because the recruiter gave little opportunity to share motivation, job skills, experience etc. it was a disappointing process/interview.
all very basic questions - nothing unexpected - they want people that are strong outside sales people - not afraid to cold call

This is well covered. The questions identified online provide good insights - however be sure not to provide any answers that cover DE&I. My experience was in April/May 2024, well in advance of January 2025 and the second Trump term, however DE&I as a concept was clearly something not tolerated or welcomed.
