We want to grow this in the USA, repeat it in Barcelona and add an awards ceremony at the end of the year The producer we hired originally was not a fit for our company, so we've parted ways The above both mean we need to expand capacity both to replace a team member, and to grow the team. I'd then asked if the assessment was a paid assesment : to which I was told I'm the first person to ask so many questions - Ha!
