The issue was the interview did not seem to want to be doing their job. They did not ask me a question, like how does your previous experience relate to the position you are applying for. Why are you looking for a job are common questions, but there was nothing like this.
Manager questions were more personal, about me, my hobies, my personality. Higher management were skills based, about my CV, previous experiences and scenarios. E.g. "What would you do if a client pushed back for a large change at the last minute before the event"

What was your biggest mess up
What do you know about dave and busters
Tell me about yourself and why climate group
Think about a time you problem solved on behalf of the team, and what was the aftermath.
Religion, marital status, nationality, age range
How much do you expect to make?
Most was walking them through my CV from my first employment to my current employment. Pretty standard.
