The questions were pretty straight forward; - Some were based on my CV and giving a summary of my latest work experience. - Knowledge about LBS and thoughts - Competency based questions - giving examples of situations at work or hypothetical situations and how I would deal with it - Some technical questions They were really friendly and easy to speak with. Although I didnt pass the second stage of the interviewing process, I still very much enjoyed the process. One thing I was not very happy with was the call of feedback: - the person was speaking so quickly that she kept on loosing her words and pronunciation (rushing to get the feedback over with) - I did not think that the feedback was helpful at all - it was very general about that I was not suitable and they went with someone that has a higher education ( I am sorry, I have a BA in International Business, 2 years in Recruitment and 1 year in Events Management in a similar setting to the job role) - yet none of this was acknowledged That would be the one thing they should improve.
