How do you go about gathering information and details from stakeholders that you can’t get a hold of easily?
Why did I want to work here? What is my job ethic like? If I were to run into three of your friends, how would they describe you.
They ask you a lot about your personal life including your friends first and last names, their traits, what you do in your free time, what time do you wake up, etc.
The interview questions were all based on coaching, sales methodology, and process. Good questions were asked and I didn't feel like anyone was just walking through the motions or wasting time.
What would your last employees say about you? How do you work with upset family members? What was your census at your last facility? Where do you need to improve? What is the most important aspect of your job?
They were interested in my strategy ideas for increasing census.
