None, it was mostly the hiring manager throwing out annoying buzz words and being vague. My questions went unanswered.

Was asked to articulate my personal qualities after clearly communicating, in detail, strengths/experience related to primary competencies. Question seemed more appropriate for an entry level position.

The word problems caught me totally off guard! It was obvious that the point of these riddles was not to find the correct answer; but to see how you work out your problems, what steps you take to find solutions, and how well you handle discipline.
Much regarding managing customer accounts, relationships, navigating c-level teams, etc.
