They asked me about many different things. There were questions about my experience in costumer support, my work experience in general. Also about my daily life and how I conduct myself in different scenarios. There were questions about my knowledge in trading and in Deriv as a company. There were also questions about how I see myself in 5 years or what my interests are in future paths.

What do you know about RXP? What are your core strengths? Why did you apply for this role?
Less said the better. Couple of AVP, Directors, supposedly based in Hyderabad, could not speak English & were struggling to frame a questions. Looked like a company operating from a shantie or abandoned ware house.
