How would you respond if your at your last service and it's taking longer then expected and your due to finish your day in 10 minutes.
Ask to explain a certain situation and how you handled it etc. Many other questions that seemed personality related and customer service focused as the role was customer facing.

What your goals in 5 years was.
No question asked. I exceeded the education requirements. My previous work wasn't even looked at (I can control the views and downloads on the University library site). Without any question asked or feedback provided, one can think that the recruiter just skimmed the top left part of CVs and screened out every candidate whose name was not Andersson, Johansson, Lindberg, etc (you get my point).
