All questions were basic and mostly past work experience based.
Math Test. Make sure you refresh a little before you go. some fractions and decimal questions, must score an atleast an 85-90% or higher
Are you okay with calling on collections? Do you mind working weekends? We are goal oriented and try not to have any loans go to collections, this branch won this contest so that's why we can wear jeans, do you understand this? We get a lot of people here that don't make a lot of money, how do you feel about working with those types of people?
How to deal with an angry customer?
You're expected to be very comfortable speaking out in the open, so they had me actually go out into the lobby and greet customers and spark up basic conversations with them. This was an on-the-spot decision to do and not part of the standard interview process.
