If I had to choose one I guess it would be when she asked if I could start at the beginning of the next week. I don't like to burn bridges so I wanted to give a two weeks notice on my job.

The general questions were all very typical. I usually enjoy the ones that stump others like "what is one of your weaknesses?" Or "Tell me a time you made a mistake."

I was asked to discuss difficult customer confrontations, explain how I've dealt with customer problems in the past etc. For the FSR position I was asked a few questions related to my sales techniques, my team building skills, and conflict resolution skills.
