Mostly about past experience and motivation for the position. The description said that the position required only English but they started the conversation in German without asking the interviewee for agreement. Per notification from the HR, the interview should be with one team member, but in the end the interviewee had to deal with another person, who spoke German with a intensive dialect and he touched his mouth and face all the time when speaking with the interviewee. This behavior made the interviewee in the end so hard to understand what he asked. No feedback after the interview. A waste of time. No respect at all for others' time and effort.
