1) The written test was all MCQs and there were about 40 mcqs. From what I remember, some MCQs were from Database, Code output and Logical questions. Technical interview: 1) Main concepts of OOP ( Polymorphism, Inheritance Encapsulation and Abstraction ) 2) What is Diamond Problem ? 3) Insertion is fast in array or in string ? 4) Questions from Operating Systems. 5) Write a query to find nth highest salary without using sub query.
Q1-> Shorting two groups in ascending and descending order. Q2->how will you make 102-102=1 Q3->make 30 using 5 2's Q4->there are 3 boxes of green, orange and green+orange. how will you know the all boxes after picking from one box (this was the exact question that he asked I varified it asking multiple times, there is no labelling)
Being an engineering student from Mechanical back ground I was not sure what to expect in technical interview and to my surprise the interviewer asked lot of questions from mechanical background (30 minutes). Diesel cycle/Petrol cycle/impeller etc.
