What would you do if a PI came to you upset because you committed an error on a proposal? 4. How do you deal with difficult and pushy coworkers or people you work with? 5. How do you stay organized when dealing with competing deadlines? 6. If you had to help a PI start a new summer research program, how would you go about supporting them? 7. What is your process like when creating/submitting proposals? 8. What is your preferred communication style? 9.
