It has been awhile since the interview, but most of the questions were similar to what you always hear. How did you make a former boss see your point of view on a subject you disagreed on? Tell me about a time where you ran into a difficult situation and you were able to overcome it? Just questions like that and I believe they each asked me about four questions each.

What was a scenario where you did something wrong and what did you do to correct it.

Describe how you handled a difficult situation at a former or current job.
