CS interview part 2 - asked about previous experience, and if you had this practical problem, how would you solve it? Bar raiser - this is like a behavioural interview. Non-technical VP asks about collaboration and leadership skills, and why they should hire you. For me, this was the hardest round. Starting with an IQ test is an off-putting first impression, but the rest of the interview is pertinent to job skills.
