Please take a look at the answer above. It is very unprofessional. I do understand that there are probably a lot of candidates, but you have to be professional and respect each individual who made an effort and sweated through the 3-hour test. Time is money for everyone, and respect should be earned.

They gave me a one page financial report which only had approximately 5 columns and 7 rows of numbers. They asked me to review the report and pretend I was giving a report to the Board regarding the report. The column and row descriptions were not very clear.
