Basic questions about background and interest in job
Fairly standard questions re: experience, why are you leaving now, salary, do you have any questions for us, etc. Interview felt 'too easy,' which makes me wonder if there was already an internal candidate desired.
Given my broad and extensive skillset, they asked me how I felt about being in a more administrative role. When they decided not to move me further in the process, they reiterated their concern that the position would not satisfy my professional growth goals.
