- Tell me about a time you made a mistake - Explain the last group project you worked on in school - Tell me about a time you had to make a difficult decision - Tell me about a time you had to adapt your leadership skills - Tell me about a time you had to give negative feedback - Tell me about a time you made a mistake - Tell me about a time you motivated a group - Tell me about a time you made sure someone else received credit - Why Target - Why distribution - What are your leadership strengths/weaknesses - What kind of leader are you You should feel comfortable answering each and every one of these questions. I myself had 8 stories prepared that could be easily adapted. You only get asked a maximum of 5 at a time, so you can repeat them in each interview. I actually recommend this, if they have gotten you this far, stick with them!!
