Explain a time where you received bad customer service as a customer, What would you have done differently if you were the owner/boss. Explain a difficult situation, a time where you made a mistake, how did you fix the situation. What did you do afterwards to make sure that this mistake wouldn't happen again. What is DNS? How would you troubleshoot DNS on a in house computer? Where is the account information stored on Active Directory and how would you get to it? He also asked about a few shortcut keys on MAC computers.
If I'm a customer and I come in with my computer complaining that I can't 'login', how would you respond?

How would you trouble shoot a vpn not connecting to a device? A candidate is locked out of their account how would you troubleshoot? A remote keyboard and remote mouse is not working how would you troubleshoot? There is a client with a heavy accent. How would you troubleshoot their problem? How does a vpn work?
Phone Interview: If a client needed help, and reported that the app was crashing, what would you ask them? One way portion: Why do you wanna work for this company? This position sometimes requires late nights, how would you navigate this in terms of your plans that you might have had? Coding: Bug Fixes. It is not like the sample question at all.
