Outside of normal technical questions, i was asked many questions around culture and how to deal with different personalities. It was very evident that culture and team collaboration was VERY important.
The help desk director got very specific about what types of computer software programs I've used and how often I've used them. Some I didn't think were even pertinent to the position I would most likely be awarded.
