They asked me how much I made in that same position when working for the company that previously held the contact. The had not yet assembled their own team and didn't know how much to offer applicants.
Nothing really difficult about it, standard run of interview type questions. It was over five years ago so I don't remember much about what questions they asked specifically.
They asked a few classic professional development questions about how I handled things in pervious positions and how it would translate to this role, but they also asked questions about me and my life in general that I thought was really awesome to see they cared about getting to know me as a person. Culture is key in this company and it really shows how much they care about improving and protecting the culture through the extensive interview process.
