Decathlon HK is in a rapid expansion and digitalisation stage. We recently opened our 8th store and hired 100 new teammates in 2 months time. Our average leadership age is less than 30. They are usually responsible for managing big teams of 30-50+ teammates across stores. How would you create a training programme for them?
