Describe a time when you were not able to complete a project or goal. Explain what caused this and how you have learned from the problem.
The questions weren't particularly difficult or challenging frankly. I had a more senior title at small company (big fish in a small pond sort of senario), and it was a difficult sell of me to him as a result.
The questions were mostly behavioral, assessing my skills against the job requirements. Nothing out of the ordinary.
