I don't remember anything standing out that was very difficult or unexpected. I think the questions were well geared to the role and the skills/experience they were trying to test for.

These were the questions where I was asked to make a presentation on. Q1 was mandatory and I selected Q4 from the electives. Topic: Create a plan for point one and you can choose to answer any of one of the questions from point 2 to 4 1) Elaborate a plan to build our Talent Engagement/Employee Experience strategy in order to foster a motivated culture and support the NEAR values. What key initiatives/plans you will take up to partner with and help the line managers understand the employee Pulse within the team. What unique challenges do you anticipate and how will you align the core values of the firm with the proposed talent engagement framework? 4) We are looking for someone who on one hand is extremely creative but on the other has a strategic approach and design capability to Employee Experience & Culture Alignment. Cite a few instances or projects and your specific contribution from past experience wherein you have been able to deliver on both these aspects.
