Considering we are a young start-up with an average age of employees around 28 yrs, with a dynamically growing business, please elaborate on what will be your approach with a detailed plan to retain and brand our employee culture. What challenges do you anticipate? 3) Which organizations have a performance culture that excites you and Why? How would you build that here? What unique challenges do you anticipate and how will you align the core values of the firm with the proposed talent engagement framework? 4) We are looking for someone who on one hand is extremely creative but on the other has a strategic approach and design capability to Employee Experience & Culture Alignment. Cite a few instances or projects and your specific contribution from past experience wherein you have been able to deliver on both these aspects.
