At the end, I was advised that in these positions you need to have an AWS Solution Architect Pro Cert within first 90 days of hire. Even though it is not an engineer position AWS expects you to speak on all the topics with client and AWS teams. My advise is to ask recruiter about the need for a cert to gauge your readiness.

Questions were focused on being able to work in an unstructured environment as it is a newer company, ability to travel, ability to deal with demanding/difficult clients, walk me through your resume (but more than what's shown), ability to work in an open-environment (no offices even for the executives), and why should they hire you.

Great interview, questions on payments technology, switching and processing. Parties involved in a payment flow. However the interview started with questions about myself and my career journey and why I am the right person for the job. Thé interview with the hiring manager was an hour long. The in country executive interview was more interactive with questions on market trends, your participation in the evolution or innovation of the industry and how you think you will impact the organization and the industry when you join.
