Overall, it was the best interview I ever experienced. The main goal was to see if you are a culture fit which meant conversations about your true self and ambitions while still being professional and asking about work-related scenarios.
They asked me, how old are you....not sure why that is relevant and I didn’t provide my age and the interview went down hill from there.
Tell me about a time you worked with an external customer who wasn't tech savvy
You were painting the outside of a house. After you finished, you realized you forgot something, of which you needed 600. You went to the hardware store to pick up these three things. What are they?
No question was unexpected, all were mentioned on other reviews here. However, instead of asking about my background directly (or Tell me about yourself) I was asked: "I see that you have made your experiences for x amount of years before you went to college, how did you come to that decision?" Other questions were: 1) How did you hear about Epic? 2) Why Epic? What makes Epic a place you want to work at? 3) In your opinion, how would you experiences help you perform at this position? 4) Where do you see yourself in 5 years 5) When you did your research on Epic, did any other positions get your attention or is it just this one?
