The questions were relevant to the position being applied for. The start date was two weeks after the interview but I didn't receive a call or even an email to tell me that I wasn't selected which I find very unprofessional. Tried to reach out to the recruiter but didn't even get a response.

Started with basic questions about job history, how I heard about Progressive and why I wanted to work there and then went into STAR questions. Be prepared to answer all questions with a STAR response. They give you sample questions prior to each interview - be prepared for those types of questions. Tell me about a time when you had a lot of tasks to complete by a specific deadline. How did you handle/manage these tasks/deadlines?
