There were several behavioral type questions asked during the panel interview. There were also several personality questions asked to see if I was a good fit with the management staff.
Questions revolved mostly around projects mentioned in your resume.
Allot of academic and technical questions, but none that were too difficult. There was a trick question where there was no answer and the interviewer walks you through a wrong answer. They want to see if you say something or let it slide. Other than that, nothing too difficult.
