General "tell us about yourself" question and another "describe your work experience" question. One question related to diversity was obviously not updated to reflect the current DEI statements by the university and amounted to asking "what is diversity?" This was a library position but none of the questions were library-specific, most were general office culture and customer-service questions.
There wasn't any difficult or unexpected questions asked. The interview was very down-to-earth, friendly and enjoyable. First of it's kind for me.
Tell me a time when you have to deal with a difficult customer
Explain your resume briefly, what is your greatest achievement in life?, why are you the better candidate compared to others, Why Ashfield? Whats your leadership style and many other questions. It was quite a gruelling interview but i enjoyed it and interviewers were nice
