Questions varied per interview. Initial interview talked about previous experience and what I could bring to the team and the Group. Second (technical) was specific questions which assessed my technical ability and understanding. Final interview was asked to put together a presentation specific to the role and also cultural alignment quesitons such as "tell me about a time when..."
Describe a time when you managed a difficult employee who was not meeting expectations. How did you handle the situation, and what was the final resolution?
