General questions on background and reasoning for the role. Did around 6 different interviews which seemed a little excessive. The big challenge I think or Finastra is the parent companies insisting that every person applying must take and pass the CCAT IQ test. I don't think it's a very good judge of capability and Finastra assist on a fairly high pass rate even for junior roles. They must be missing out on great talent that don't quite make the CCAT

General questions on background and reasoning for the role. Did around 6 different interviews which seemed a little excessive.
