What do you like about your job? Mostly situational questions around how you would handle / the kind of proposal you would make if the client came to you with a particular problem. There was a task with 2 parts. 1 was to prepare a short presentation on a topic of your choice that you are interested in. They primarily look for story telling abilities here. The 2nd part is a case study where they expect you to make a research proposal for this hypothetical company to address their problem. Here they expect you to make a detailed proposal involving a concept & product test.
