Head of HR asked Why I wanted to work at Sidoti as opposed to bulge bracket. There were no games in this interview. I was able to ask questions - she provided the answers. There are some rules working there which she went over. I was surprised but it seems to work once you understand the end game. Met with Peter Sidoti and I thought I was prepared. He did most of the talking and explained his firm. Good conversation but not relaxed.
