Mostly case questions and situational questions. E.g. How would you analyze this set of data? How would you present your findings to senior managers? What data do you think you would use to make and X or Y decision?What would you include on a monthly metrics score cards? Finally, they gave me a timed analytics test. I was a bit nervous given I didn't know what to expect. It was extremely easy, however. The most difficult question came last. I was given a set of data and asked to point out anything that surprised me. The outliers in the data were pretty obvious if you've ever worked in finance, operations, consumer research or advertising.
