Extremely unprofessional. I passed interview stages and the internal recruitment just decided to go cold turkey without any explanation and I had to chase until they told me somebody else came in to the picture and instead of giving me the offer for some reason it all went to the third party. Although the interviewer already told me I was accepted at the end of my interview.
