warning: waste of time - ridiculously long, non-transparent and difficult application process took me 2 months and many many assessments and tasks, many of them having zero to do with the job i was applying for (account manager), to get through to the final stage: the on-site interview. instead of trying to get to know me, they immediately surprised me with this impossible task to prepare a complete company presentation -using internal and external sources and slides- for them in 20 min time (!). prep time was originally 30 min, but they took 10 min off as punishment for that i had difficulties finding them. this company is completely data driven to the point of absurd, which is fine but they should try to act as if potential employees are real human beings. its a shame as its a nice product, and having the ideal profile i was going to do an outstanding job for them.
