A grandmother (GM) has custody of her teen granddaughter, who is pregnant, and her two younger grandsons. The granddaughter has been diagnosed with Oppositional Defiant Disorder and is constantly running away from home to be with her boyfriend. The GM has prompted the assigned social worker that she wants to give up custody of her granddaughter and focus her attention on the younger siblings. The children have an Aunt who lives nearby but is also fed up with the granddaughter's behavior and does not seem to want custody.
