The agency had intimate knowledge of my job successes and the interview was basically letting me know that my experience in that realm was the reason I was was going to be promoted and transferred into the CID arena.

Mainly situational questions, for example: think of a time when you had to deal with a particularly difficult person, how did you deal with that person, what did you say, do, what was the outcome, for you, and that individual. Did it go as you had expected, could it have gone better, and how?
