Mostly personal fit questions: Why ECE? Why do you apply for that specific role? What are your strenghts, what are your weaknesses? What do you think is important to succeed in this role?
How I approached the task given. Basic knowledge about climate and finance and my background experience relevance to the role
Essentially was just a run down of my resume. Weird excel test where I was told the "answers didn't matter"
I'd like to suggest that if the interviewer decides not to proceed with a candidate, please let us know. It's unprofessional to bail from a meeting without any notification and not even attempt to clarify the situation after the incident, let alone reply to any emails from the candidate.
